Price bands work very simply

May—£450 per week

June—£600per week

July up to 17th —£650 per week

18th Jul—4th Sept—£900 per week

September—£450 per week.

Easter week £600

Jan, Feb, Mar, Oct—Nov—Dec*—£300 per week

New Year £700

 

*£50 extra for half term weeks in autumn and winter

 

 

Please note

· For all bookings we will require 10%  non returnable deposit

· Full payment one month in advance

· Sorry no pets allowed

· Rare Break is no smoking, but there is always the garden !

· There will be a £100 deposit, returnable after inspection

· There are parking constraints in the area, there is parking for one vehicle with the property

· No single parties under 25—and max of 4 adults if we accept the booking, there will also be a deposit of £100 per person and rates will not be the same, due to different levels of risk.
