Rare Break is located in a quiet cul-de-sac of properties built around 3 years ago in a traditional style intended to reflect the traditional architecture of a Cornish village.

It is approached from the front across a communal green, where kids can play on the facilities and mix with each other.

Car parking is at the rear, and there is access to the property through the gardens which include garden furniture, a large barbecue, and facilities for washing and storing wet suits and other surfing equipment.

The gardens also offer a safe play area for kids, and an opportunity to relax in private and enjoy the sunset in your own private area.
