Bezant Place was built around 3 years ago on land previously owned by the Duchy of Cornwall. It is located on the world famous Pentire Headland to the south of Fistral Beach. Historically this area was the home of a number of large hotels, but in the last 3 years many of these have been old hotels have been demolished and replaced by executive apartments blocks built to a high specification with penthouses and apartments overlooking the World Pro Surfing Championship Fistral Beach,

 

 

Not for no reason has this headland been commonly referred to as Kensington on Sea. Bezant Place is unique as it is the only development in this area that offers houses rather than flats. The development has been beautifully designed to reflect this historic fisherman style environment.
