The Location

The view from Google Earth shows you exactly how close Bezant Place is to Fistral Beach. You will be located exactly here, 5 minutes walk up from the beach. You are also only minutes from Newquay Golf Course, and .as you can see, the beautiful Gannel estuary  a few minutes walk in the other direction.

If you fancy a change, wander down to the Crantock ferry (summer only)  20 minutes away and catch the little passenger boat over the fantastic Crantock Beach, with miles of golden sand and the protected estuary where kids can play in the warm shallow waters, at low tide you can paddle across to the beach, On the far hadland you will find the Bowgie Bar, with its extensive array of meals and fantastic location for that drink at the end of fantastic day on the beach.

5 minutes walk down on to Fistral beach just down the road, you can carry your longboard down there to catch the early morning sunrise and the peeling surf of south Fistral Beach, or pack up the kids and wander down to the beach with all your beach togs, either way, from Bezant Place you wont have to worry about busy roads and car parking because the best beaches on the peninsula are on your doorstep
