Rare Break is a superb 3 bedroom house which comprises 2 double bedrooms, and a single bedroom with bunk beds. Downstairs is a light and airy through lounge which leads to a modern kitchen and patio doors out on to a private garden with barbecue facilities.

Located in the  UK’s leading resort of Newquay, with its extensive array of holiday facilities for fun seekers of all ages. It offers a unique fusion of facilities,  that keeps families, surfers, sun seekers and party goers happy the year round.

Within 5 minutes walk of Rare Break you will find yourself on the world famous Fistral Beach, the hub of the Newquay surf scene, with its recently re-developed facilities on the beach, there is fun for everyone.

As you walk down the steps you will find the small bistro with a balcony 20 feet above the beach. Have a beer and watch the sun set or enjoy a al fresco dinner to the sound of the crashing surf.

20 minutes walk will take you along the beach or through the golf course will take you to the Newquay town centre, with its regional shopping facilities, bars, restaurants and takeaways.  20 minutes walk in the other direction will take you to the car park at Pentire Head, with its beautiful views, pitch and put golf course and the trendy Lewinnich bistro, perching on the cliff top over looking the sea. Along this route you will also find hotels which offer you temporary membership for their public leisure facilities.
